All-Member Call to focus on vaccine mandate, CDC guidance

On next week’s All-Member Webinar, LeadingAge Ohio will focus on a “catch-all” of COVID-related questions, including the status of the CMS vaccine mandate after Supreme Court hearings scheduled for tomorrow (Friday), whether members should adhere to the updated CDC guidance for the general public or residents, and what staffing supports Ohio has planned for nursing facilities in crisis.

Previously, LeadingAge Ohio had planned a deep-dive into the requirements of SB58, which allows nursing facility residents to choose electronic monitoring in their private rooms. Instead, LeadingAge Ohio will share with members a recorded, on-demand presentation by Chief Policy Officer Susan Wallace and Benesch Partner Janet Feldkamp on SB58, including sample policies, forms, and other resources. Members may watch it at a time convenient to them.
